Your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid is a simple 2 step process when paired with Organic Castor Oil (sold separately):
Step 1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid.
Step 2: Place the pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap (not too tight).
